摘要
甘草渣富含黄酮、多糖、木质纤维类等多种活性物质,是一种可再生资源。提取甘草残渣可充分发掘和利用残渣中的有效成分,增加药渣的潜在附加值。甘草渣中提取的活性物质有利于提高动物的生长性能、繁殖水平,增强动物的抗氧化能力和免疫力。甘草提取物存在一定的抗炎效果。文章综述了甘草渣中各种活性成分的提取方法及其在动物生产中的具体应用,以期为促进甘草资源再利用、提高动物生产性能提供参考。
As a renewable resource,Glycyrrhiza uralensis residue is rich in a variety of active substances,such as flavonoids,polysaccharides and wood fibers.Extracting Glycyrrhiza uralensis residue can fully explore and utilize the active ingredients in residue,increasing the potential added value of the medicinal residue.The active substances extracted from Glycyrrhiza uralensis residue are beneficial to improve the growth performance and reproductive level of animals and enhance antioxidant capacity and immunity of animals.Glycyrrhiza uralensis extract has a certain anti-inflammatory effect.The article reviews the extraction methods of various active ingredients in Glycyrrhiza uralensis residue and their applications in animal production,in order to provide a reference for promoting the reuse of Glycyrrhiza uralensis resources and improving the efficiency of animal production.
