摘要
功能性低聚糖作为一种新型的生理活性物质,具有绿色、天然环保、无残留的特点,在仔猪生产中可替代部分抗生素。功能性低聚糖可被动物肠道微生物发酵利用,产生短链脂肪酸,调节肠道菌群结构,具有抗炎及免疫调节作用,维持断奶仔猪肠道屏障完整性,进而改善仔猪肠道健康。文章总结分析了功能性低聚糖在断奶仔猪生产中的作用机制及其应用,为其在仔猪生产中的应用提供参考。
As a new type of physiological active substance,functional oligosaccharides have the characteristics of green,natural environmental protection and no residue,and can replace some antibiotics in the production of piglets.At the same time,functional oligosaccharides can be fermented and utilized by intestinal microorganisms to produce short-chain fatty acids,regulate intestinal flora structure,which have anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory effects,maintain intestinal barrier integrity after weaning,and thus improve intestinal health of piglets.The paper summarizes and analyzes the mechanism and application of functional oligosaccharides in the production of weaned piglets,to provide reference for its application in the production of piglets.
