摘要
职业教育与地方社会经济发展、就业、民生等关系密切,在人才资源、技术技能等方面承担着赋能乡村振兴的责任。对山西职业教育对口帮扶情况进行分析发现,其以职业教育精准扶贫衔接乡村振兴为“必然”路向,遵循职业教育“升学深造有基础,服务乡村有技能,人人成才有作为”的理念,以形成“以教扶知、扶技、扶心、扶智、扶志、扶业”的发展态势为根本任务,寻找一条山西职业教育服务乡村振兴的“内外共推、共生共进”的“六三三”实施发展路径,通过实践探索职业教育“省县乡联动”“养训练结合”“校地课链接”的职业教育赋能乡村振兴发展模式,实现职业教育与乡村振兴同频共振高质量发展。
As the type of education most closely related to regional economic development and employment and people’s livelihood,vocational education undertakes the responsibility of empowering rural revitalization in terms of human resources and technical skills.Based on the analysis of the counterpart assistance of vocational education in Shanxi,this study takes the targeted poverty alleviation of vocational education and rural revitalization as the“inevitable”direction,follows the concept of vocational education that“there is a foundation for further study,there are skills to serve the countryside,and everyone has achievements”,takes the development trend of“education promotes knowledge,skills,soul,intelligence,ambition and industry”as the fundamental task,and finds the implementation and development paths of“extrapolation”and“endogenous”joint“633”for Shanxi vocational education to serve rural revitalization,explore the vocational education service integration mode of“province-county-township linkage”,“maintenance-training-practice combination”and“school-local-course link”of vocational education through practice,finally realize the same frequency interaction and high-quality development of vocational education and rural revitalization.
