摘要
优化完善职业技术教育教师培训体系是提高职业技术教育师资队伍综合素质的重要途径,有利于进一步提高职业技术教育教学质量。通过对一项UNESCO-UNEVOC开展的全球性调查进行深入分析,梳理得到八个方面的国际职业技术教育教师培训发展趋势。借鉴当前国际发展趋势,我国可从基于需求评估开发项目、发挥私营部门重要作用、着眼教师综合能力培养、强化教师企业实践培训以及建设相关配套保障机制五个维度着手推进职业技术教育教师培训体系的优化与完善。
Optimizing and improving the teacher training system for vocational and technical education is an important way to improve the comprehensive quality of the vocational and technical education teaching force and is conducive to further improving the quality of vocational and technical education teaching.Eight trends in international vocational and technical education teacher training have been identified through a thorough examination of a global survey undertaken by UNESCO-UNEVOC.Drawing on the present global development trend,China can support the optimization and enhancement of the teacher preparation program for vocational and technical education from the following five perspectives:development project based on requirements assessment,emphasizing the significant role of the private sector,emphasizing thorough ability development for instructors,building appropriate supporting support mechanisms enhance the enterprise practice training of instructors.
