对learning to be的“学会自主”内涵的解读

Interpreting the Meaning of"Learning to Be Independent"Contained in"Learning to Be"

摘要 通过对《学习——内在的财富》提出的“四大教育支柱”即learning toknow、learning to do、learning to live together、learning to be的逻辑关系及其对learning to be的具体解释进行考察可见,《学习——内在的财富》中的learningto be的含义不同于《学会生存》中含义广泛的“大全”的learning to be,故不应再译为“学会生存”,而应译为“学会独立自主”。为了避免产生达尔文主义和泛道德主义的歧义,《学会生存》中的learning to be也可译为同样具有广泛含义的“大全”的“学会成人”。至于learningto be中的learning是译为“学会”还是“学习”,应根据强调的重点而定。 It can be found that the term"learning to be"in Learning:The Treasure Within is different from that in Learning to Be through the examination of the logical relationship of the four pillars of education of learning to know,learning to do,learning to live together,and learning to be and the specific interpretation of this term in Learning:The Treasure Within.Therefore,this term should no longer be translated as"learning to survive",but as"learning to be independent"in Learning:The Treasure Within.Meanwhile,this term in Learning to Be can also be translated into""periechontological""learning to grow up"with the same broad meaning to avoid the ambiguity of Darwinism and pan-moralism.Finally,whether"learning"in""learning to be"is translated as"to learn or understand something completely"or""the process of learning something"should be determined according to the contextual emphasis.
