摘要
“师道”是我国传统教师文化的核心概念。20世纪80年代以来的师道研究主要回应了师道的概念和内涵、传统师道的思想与实践、近现代传统师道式微、现代师道重构四个焦点问题,在范围和内容上不断拓展,在研究内涵和视角上渐趋丰富。但是,当前师道研究也存在不少缺憾,如在研究内容上对师道概念认识模糊、分歧较大,对近现代师道研究比较缺乏,现代新师道的基本理论研究比较薄弱,师道研究的视角和方法较狭窄。师道的后续研究应进一步加强现代新师道的内涵研究,从单一学科视角走向综合国家视角与共同体视角等多学科研究,从静态分析走向动态整体研究。
"Shi Dao"is a core concept of traditional teacher culture in China.Since the 1980s,research on"Shi Dao"'has mainly focused on four key issues:the concept and connotation of"Shi Dao",the thought and practice of traditional"Shi Dao",the decline of traditional"Shi Dao"in modern times,and the reconstruction of modern"Shi Dao"'.The scope and content of research have been continuously expanded,and the research connotation and perspective have become increasingly rich.However,there are still many shortcomings in current research on"Shi Dao".For example,in terms of research content,there is a vague and divergent understanding of the concept of"Shi Dao",a lack of research on modern and contemporary"Shi Dao",and relatively weak basic theoretical research on modern""Shi Dao".Additionally,the perspective and methods of"Shi Dao"research are relatively narrow.Future research on"Shi Dao"should further strengthen the research on the connotation of modern""Shi Dao",move from a single-disciplinary perspective to a multi-disciplinary research approach from the perspective of a comprehensive national and community view,and shift from static analysis to dynamic and holistic research.
