摘要
试验旨在研究饲粮中添加参杞颗粒对四川白兔生长性能、免疫功能的影响,进一步评估其在四川白兔上的应用效果。选择180只35日龄健康且体重相近的四川白兔,随机分为5组,每组18个重复,每个重复2只(公母各半)。对照组饲喂基础饲粮(不添加任何抗生素),阳性组在基础饲粮中添加1%的黄芪多糖,试验低、中、高剂量组在基础饲粮中分别添加0.5%、1.0%、1.5%参杞颗粒的试验饲粮饲喂。预试期7 d,正试期28 d。结果显示:饲粮中添加0.5%~1.5%的参杞颗粒能够提高肉兔的平均日增重、降低其料重比,其中试验高剂量组与对照组差异显著(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,饲粮中添加1.0%的参杞颗粒相较于对照组能够提高四川白兔的免疫器官指数,但差异并不显著。综合考虑所测指标,在试验的3个参杞颗粒添加量中以1.0%的效果最好。
The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of Shenqi Granule on growth performance,serum biochemistry,immune and antioxidant indexes,intestinal development and intestinal digestive enzyme activity of Sichuan white rabbits,and to explore its application effect in Sichuan white rabbits.180 Sichuan white rabbits with similar birth age,good health and no significant difference in body weight were randomly divided into 5 groups,with 18 repetitions in each group and 2 repetitions in each group(1/2 male and 1/2 female respectively).The control group was fed with basic diet(without any antibiotics),the positive group was supplemented with 1%Astragalus Polysaccharide in the basic diet,low dose group,medium dose groupand high dose groupwere fed with experimental diets supplemented with 0.5%,1.0%and 1.5%Shenqi granules.The pretrial period is 7 days and the pilot period is 28 days.The results showed that:the addition of 0.5%-1.5%Shenqi granules in the diet could increase the average daily gain and reduce the feed weight ratio of meat rabbits,and there was significant difference between high dose group and control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,adding 1.0%Shenqi granules to the diet can improve the immune organ index of Sichuan white rabbits,but the difference is not significant.Considering the measured indexes,the effect of 1.0%is the best among the three addition amounts of Shenqi granules in this experiment.
