Analysis of the Key Design Points for the Comprehensive Management Area of an Ecological Clean Small Watershed Project

生态清洁小流域综合治理措施对促进生态用地最大化,实现生态清洁小流域项目综合治理目标等,都具有重要的工程意义。为此,结合贞丰县鲁贡镇洛项河生态清洁小流域项目综合治理区措施设计实践案例展开分析研究。结果表明,洛项河生态清洁小流域项目综合治理工程以种植经果林、配套机耕道为综合治理区的中心和重点,首先从机耕道设计(重点是机耕道工程设计及外侧挡墙稳定计算)、施工和管护要求等几个方面完成综合治理区道路工程设计;其次就排水体制与布置原则、敷设方式及收集管网设计等三方面实施生活污水治理工程设计;同时着重围绕种植经果林设计原则、造林设计(主要包括经果林立地条件分析、树种选择和种植设计)等中心工作做好种植经果林设计;最后注重保土耕作措施与项目工程碑配套设计。可为类似生态清洁小流域综合治理措施设计提供借鉴参考。

The comprehensive management measures of ecological clean small watershed are of great engineering significance for promoting the maximization of ecological land use and realizing the comprehensive management goal of ecological clean small watershed projects.Therefore,this study conducts an analysis and research on the design and implementation of comprehensive measures in the Luoxiang River ecological clean small watershed project in Lugong Town,Zhenfeng County.The results show that,the comprehensive control project of Luoxiang River ecological clean small watershed project takes planting economic fruit forests and constructing tractor roads as the center and focus of the comprehensive control area.First of all,the design(focusing on the design and outer retaining wall stability calculation),construction and maintenance requirements of the tractor road are required to carry out the road engineering design of comprehensive management area.Secondly,domestic sewage treatment engineering design are implemented from three aspects,such as the drainage system and layout principle,laying mode and collection pipe network design;At the same time,we will focus on the planting economic fruit forest design principle,afforestation design(mainly including fruit forest site conditions analysis,tree species selection and planting design)and other central work to do a good job in planting fruit forest design.Finally,attention should be paid to soil conservation tillage measures and supporting design of project tablets.It can provide a reference for the design of comprehensive management measures for similar ecological clean small watershed.
