基于人水和谐的城市河流生态治理评价

Ecological Management Evaluation of Urban Rivers based on Human-water Harmony

城市河流生态治理是改善城市生态环境、修复城市生态系统、加强城市生态治理以及促进城市社会经济发展的重要内容和关键途径。此研究基于人水和谐理念,以科学性、可操作性、综合系统性、代表性以及相关性为指标选取原则,统筹考虑水安全、水环境、水资源、水生态、水景观、水文化以及水管理等7个维度,研究了城市河流生态治理评价体系,对城市河流健康有序治理、城市生态修复以及城市可持续发展具有重要参考价值。

Ecological management of urban rivers is an important element and a key way to improve the urban ecological environment,restore urban ecosystems,strengthen urban ecological governance and promote urban socio-economic development.Based on the concept of human-water harmony,this study takes scientific,operable,comprehensive and systematic,representative and relevant indicators as the selection principles,and considers seven dimensions,including water safety,water environment,water resources,water ecology,water landscape,water culture and water management.The evaluation system of urban river ecological management is studied,which has an important reference value for the healthy and orderly management of urban rivers,urban ecological restoration and sustainable urban development.
