大洞水库设计洪水及洪水调节分析

Design Flood and Flood Regulation Analysis of Dadong Reservoir

为了提高大洞水库的运行管理水平,发挥水库工程效益,通过收集区域水文、暴雨参数,对水库工程设计洪水进行推求。在获取设计洪水参数基础上,对水库运行期、施工期洪水调节能力进行分析,获取不同情况下的水库洪水调节方案,在水库施工、运行阶段需要根据洪水调节方案进行防洪控制,以保证施工安全和水库防洪效益。

In order to improve the operation and management level of Dadong Reservoir and bring the benefits of the reservoir project into play,the design flood of the reservoir project is calculated by collecting regional hydrological and rainstorm parameters.On the basis of obtaining design flood parameters,the flood regulation capacity during the operation and construction periods of the reservoir is analyzed,so as to obtain flood regulation plans for different situations.During the construction and operation stages of the reservoir,flood control needs to be carried out according to the flood regulation plan to ensure construction safety and reservoir flood control benefits.
