西南某地小水电绿色发展存在的问题思考与建议

Thoughts and Suggestions on the Existing Problems of Green Development of Small Hydropower Stations in a Certain Area in Southwest China

作为重要的清洁可再生能源,小水电具有良好的社会效益和经济效益,在解决农村用水用电、调整能源结构、改善生产生活条件、促进地区经济发展等方面发挥了非常重要的作用。目前,中国进入新的发展阶段,生态文明建设和绿色发展理念对小水电的绿色转型提出了更高的要求。以西南某地为例,分析小水电发展中存在的主要问题,并对小水电的绿色发展进行思考与建议,以期为全国小水电的绿色发展提供借鉴。

As an important clean and renewable energy source,small hydropower stations have good social and economic benefits,and plays a very important role in solving rural water and electricity,adjusting energy structure,improving production and living conditions,and promoting regional economic development.At present,our country enters the new stage of development,ecological civilization construction and green development concept provide higher requirements for green transformation of small hydropower stations.Taking a place in southwest China as an example,this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the development of small hydropower stations,and gives thoughts and suggestions on the green development of small hydropower stations,in order to provide reference for the green development of small hydropower stations in China.
