摘要
园区技改项目节水潜力分析及节水措施研究对差别化化学纤维项目节水型化工基地建设和高质量发展具有十分重要的工程意义。为此,结合濂溪区姑塘镇九江城东港区化纤化工基地,年产100万t差别化化学纤维技改项目,节水潜力分析及节水措施研究案例展开分析。结果表明,了解工程概况,首先从用水水平指标计算分析(主要包括化纤生产用水指标、热电联产项目用水指标、无纺厂用水指标及生活用水指标分析)与污废水处理及回用合理性分析(主要包括污废水处理工艺、废水回用合理性)等方面实施技改项目用水水平评价;进而着重围绕技改项目节水潜力分析及节水措施研究(主要包括建立规范化工业用水和节水管理体系、选用先进的工艺技术节约水耗、工艺生产装置和辅助生产设施尽量少用或不用新鲜水、节约生产水、推广节水器具和加强成本核算等几个方面)进行探索;完善技改项目节水管理对策。可为类似技改项目节水潜力分析及节水措施研究提供借鉴参考。
The analysis of water-saving potential and water-saving measures of the technical transformation project in the park is of great engineering significance to the construction of water-saving chemical industry base and the high-quality development of the dfferentiated chemical fiber project.To this end,combined with the chemical fiber chemical base in Jiujiang City,Gutang Town,Lianxi District,which is a technological transformation project that can produce 100 million ton differentiated chemical fiber,water-saving potential analysis and research on water-saving measures are analyzed.The results show that,understanding the project overview,firstly the water consumption level of the technological transformation project is evaluated from such aspects as the water level index calculation analysis(mainly including chemical fiber production water index,cogeneration project water index,no mill water index and domestic water index analysis),sewage wastewater treatment,and reuse rationality analysis(mainly including sewage wastewater treatment process,wastewater reuse rationality).Then the exploration will focus on technical renovation project of water saving potential analysis and water saving measures research(mainly including the establishment of standardized industrial water and water saving management system,choosing advanced technology to save water consumption,minimizing or eliminating the use of fresh water in production equipment and auxiliary production facilities,saving water,promoting water-saving appliances and strengthening cost accounting);Improving the water-saving management strategies of technical transformation projects are proposed.It can provide reference for the water-saving potential analysis and water-saving measures of similar technical transformation projects.
