摘要
以南水北调中线工程核心水源区为研究区域,通过优化生态足迹法,对研究区水资源安全状况进行了定量评价,探究了主要的影响因子,进而从水量和水质两个方面提出调控措施。结果表明2006-2020年间,研究区约80.00%的年份淡水资源盈余,现阶段水资源安全形势较好。水量充沛和水质达标是水源区水资源安全的关键,库区上游的水土保持工程结合库区周边的幸福河湖建设是未来该地区水资源安全的重要调控措施。
Taking the core water source area of the Middle Route Project of the South-to-North Water Diversion as the research area,the ecological footprint method was optimized to quantitatively evaluate the water resource security situation in the research area.The main influencing factors are explored,and regulatory measures are proposed from the aspects of water quantity and water quality.The results indicate that during the period from 2006 to 2020,about 80.00% of the years in the study area had a surplus of freshwater resources,and the current water resource security situation was relatively good.Abundant water volume and water quality standards are the key to water resource security in the water source area.The soil and water conservation project in the upstream of the reservoir area,combined with the construction of the Happy River and Lake around the reservoir area,is an important regulatory measure for future water resource security in the region.
