The analysis of the construction and management countermeasures of the reservoir reinforcement project has important engineering significance to ensure the construction quality and operation management efficiency of the reservoir reinforcement project.Therefore,practical cases are analyzed combined with the construction and management countermeasures.To understand the general situation of hanging well reservoir project,firstly,the current situation of project operation management,the main problems existing in reservoir and the treatment measures are analyzed.At the same time,it focuses on the research of project construction and operation management from five aspects:management organization,reservoir dispatching operation plan,operation management plan,operation proposal,funds and construction management.Among them,the operation suggestions mainly include the main contents of management work,strengthening engineering observation and monitoring,management personnel should comprehensively and systematically understand the basic situation of the reservoir and engineering monitoring and management application.It can provide reference for the construction of reinforcement projects and management countermeasures of similar reservoirs.
