摘要
为了避免水库大坝由于裂缝、节理发育等现象,出现坍塌、滑坡等安全事故,以某水库大坝加固工程为例,引进固结灌浆技术,开展此项技术在水库大坝加固中的应用研究。选择QJ-100B型号的潜孔类冲击钻机、XY-2型号的岩芯回转钻设备、3SNS型号的复式结构三缸柱塞泵等设备,配置水库大坝加固钻灌设备;使用压力水枪,在灌浆前,对结构发育裂缝进行清洗钻孔;使用单点法或五点法进行导孔的检查与压水试验;选用42.5R型号的普通硅酸盐材料配置水泥浆施工材料,根据作业实际需求,设计规范化灌浆施工工序;为了避免压力灌浆施工中由于基岩层分离造成的结构抬动变形,需要对其进行抬动观测,完成测量后对施工孔进行封孔处理。选择新疆DTLD水库作为试点项目,实验结果证明,提出的施工技术可以有效降低加固结构的透水率,保证抽检合格率达到100%。
In order to avoid the safety accidents such as dam collapse and landslide due to cracks and joint development,the consolidation grouting technology is introduced to carry out the application research in the dam reinforcement project of a reservoir.The QJ-10OB type DTH percussion drill,XY-2 type of core rotary drilling equipment,3SNS type of compound structure three-cylinder piston pump and other equipment are selected.The dam reinforcement drlling and irrigation equipment are configured.Before grouting,a pressure water gun is used to clean and drilled to the structural cracks.The pilot hole inspection and water pressure test are carried out by using single point method or five point method.The 42.5 R type ordinary silicate material is selected to configure the cement slurry construction materials.According to the actual needs of the operation,the standardized grouting construction process is designed.In order to avoid the uplift deformation of the structure caused by the separation of the bedrock layer in the pressure grouting construction,it is necessary to carry out the uplift observation.The construction hole is sealed after the measurement.The experimental results of DTLD Reservoir in Xinjiang is selected as the pilot project.The experimental results show that the proposed construction technology can effectively reduce the permeability of the reinforced structure and ensure the qualified rate of 100%.
