高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定塑料食品接触材料中受阻胺光稳定剂UV4050的迁移量

Determination of Migration of Hindered Amine Light Stabilizer UV4050in Plastic Food Contact Materials by High Performance Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry

摘要 以水、4%(体积分数)乙酸溶液、异辛烷以及体积分数分别为10%,20%,50%,95%的乙醇溶液作食品模拟物,按照GB 5009.156-2016和GB 31604.1-2015的规定进行迁移试验。除异辛烷外的其余6种食品模拟物的浸泡液直接进样分析;取异辛烷浸泡液10 mL,加入10 mL 40%(体积分数)甲醇溶液,振摇1 min,静置30 min,取下层甲醇溶液,过0.22μm有机滤膜,滤液上机测定。色谱分析采用ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18色谱柱作固定相,含0.1%(体积分数)甲酸的50%(体积分数)甲醇溶液作流动相进行等度洗脱分离。质谱分析采用电喷雾离子源正离子(ESI+)和多反应监测(MRM)模式进行检测。结果显示,不同食品模拟物中受阻胺光稳定剂UV4050的质量浓度在5~200μg·L^(-1)内和对应的峰面积呈线性关系,测定下限(10S/N)为0.6~2.4μg·L^(-1)。按照标准加入法进行回收试验,回收率为88.1%~109%,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)为0.90%~8.9%,并成功用于实际塑料食品接触材料样品的分析。 Migration tests were conducted using water,4%(volume fraction)acetic acid solution,isooctane,and ethanol solutions with volume fractions of 10%,20%,50%,and 95%as food simulants,in accordance with the provisions of GB 5009.156-2016and GB 31604.1-2015.Direct injection analysis was made on the soaking solution of the 6food simulants(except isooctane).The 10mL of isooctane soaking solution was taken,and 10mL of 40%(volume fraction)methanol solution was added.The mixed solution was shaken for 1min,and settled for 30min.The lower methanol solution was collected and passed through a 0.22μm organic filter membrane.The filtrate was analyzed by the instrument.Chromatographic analysis was performed using ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18 chromatographic column as the stationary phase,and 50%(volume fraction)methanol solution containing 0.1%(volume fraction)formic acid was used as the mobile phase for isocratic elution separation.The mass spectrometry analysis was carried out using the positive ion(ESI+)mode of the electric spray ion source and multiple reaction monitoring(MRM)mode.It was shown that linear relationships between values of the mass concentration of hindered amine light stabilizer UV4050in different food simulants and the peak area were kept in the range of 5-200μg·L^(-1),with lower limits of determination(10S/N)in the range of 0.6-2.4μg·L^(-1).Test for recovery was conducted by the standard addition method,giving recoveries in the range of 88.1%-109%,and RSDs(n=6)of the determined values ranged from 0.90%to 8.9%.The proposed method was successfully used for the analysis of actual plastic food contact material samples.
