职业教育现场工程师培养的生成逻辑、现实困境与推进路径

摘要 从政策逻辑、产业逻辑、实践逻辑、教育逻辑四个角度来看,职业教育现场工程师培养是落实国家有关政策要求的体现,是创新工学结合人才培养模式的新尝试,是进一步优化人才供给结构,加快培养更多高素质技术技能人才的重要战略举措。当前,职业教育现场工程师培养存在诸多困境:顶层设计不完善,校企合作不深入,“双师型”教学团队力量薄弱,教学改革比较滞后以及评价体系不健全。职业教育现场工程师培养的推进路径为:加强顶层设计,构建校企深度合作新生态,提升“双师型”教师整体水平,深化教学和课程改革,完善质量评价体系。 From the perspectives of policy logic,industrial logic,practical logic and educational logic,field engineer training in vocational education is a manifestation of the implementation of relevant national policy requirements,a new attempt to innovate the talent training model of combining engineering and learning,and an important strategic measure to further optimize the talent supply structure and accelerate the cultivation of more high-quality technical and skilled talents.At present,there are many difficulties in the training of field engineers in vocational education:incomplete top-level design,insufficient cooperation between schools and enterprises,weak strength of the“dual-qualified”teaching team,relatively lagging teaching reform and incomplete evaluation system.The promotion paths for field engineer training in vocational education are to strengthen top-level design,build a new ecosystem of deep cooperation between schools and enterprises,improve the overall level of“dual-qualified”teachers,deepen teaching and curriculum reform,and improve the quality evaluation system.
