产教融合背景下职业院校“双螺旋”人才培养模式构建与实践路径

摘要 产教融合是培养适应产业转型升级和实现高质量发展需要的高素质技术技能人才的有效途径。以深化产教融合为切入点,依据“双螺旋”理论,坚持产业逻辑、教学逻辑、政策逻辑、实践逻辑,构建了职业院校“双螺旋”人才培养模式。其实践路径为:校企共同开展岗位需求调研、共同研制人才培养方案、共同开发课程教材、共同开展招生选拔、共建师资团队、共建实践教学体系、共同加强实习管理、共同开展质量评价。 The industry-education integration is the fundamental requirement and effective way to cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents who adapt to industrial transformation and upgrading and achieve high-quality development.Taking deepening industryeducation integration as the starting point,based on the“double helix”theory,adhering to the logic of industry,teaching,policy and practice,we have constructed a“double helix”talent training model for higher vocational colleges.The practical paths are:schools and enterprises jointly conduct job demand research,jointly develop talent training plans,jointly open course textbooks,jointly carry out enrollment and selection,jointly build a faculty,jointly build a practical teaching system,jointly strengthen internship management and jointly carry out quality evaluation.
