摘要
采用德尔菲法和AHP层次分析法筛选出核心指标并确定指标权重,初步建设了由“应用实践”“自主发展”和“社会参与”3个一级指标、13个二级指标构成的学生学习成果评价指标体系,并通过问卷调查进行验证。研究结果显示,我国应用型本科高校十分注重学生“应用实践”能力培养,学生在该指标上的增值效应显著,但在“自主发展”“社会参与”上的增值效应存在明显不足。基于此,提出构建具有中国特色的应用型本科高校学生评价指标体系、创新设计应用型人才多元质量评价标准和探索学生学习成果增值评价的对策建议。
Research by using Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process(AHP)filter core indicators and determine the index weight,preliminary constructed 3 first-level indicators that include“application practice”“self-development”and“social participation”,13 second-level indicators of applied undergraduate college students’learning outcomes evaluation index system,and verified by empirical research.The results show that applied undergraduate colleges in China attach great importance to the cultivation of students’“application practice”ability,and the value-added effect of students in this index is significant,but there are obvious deficiencies in“self-development”and“social participation”.Based on this,the research puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of constructing the evaluation index system of applied undergraduate college students with Chinese characteristics,designing the multiple quality evaluation standard of application-oriented talents and exploring the value-added evaluation of students’learning outcomes.
