摘要
“食品物性学”是一门涉及多个学科且晦涩难懂的食品科学与工程专业的基础课程。为激发学生的学习兴趣并促进知识的理解,挖掘生活教学资源,并将其应用于BOPPPS微型教学。结果表明,通过生活教学资源创设“食品物性学”的教学环境,有利于激发学生的学习兴趣,引导学生通过已有生活经验理解和升华理论知识。
Food Physical Properties is an obscure and multidisciplinary basic course in food science and engineering.To stimulate students’interest in learning,promote their understanding of food physical properties by developing and applying the life-oriented teaching resources to BOPPPS micro-teaching.The results show that the teaching environment of food physical properties created with life-oriented teaching resources is benefcial to stimulate students’interest in learning and guide them to understand and sublimate theoretical knowledge through life experience.
