功能性海参肽的特性及其生物活性研究进展

摘要 海参不仅富含蛋白质、各种微量元素、维生素等,而且还包含许多生物活性物质,是多种人类重大疾病(如肿瘤、心脑血管疾病、免疫系统疾病和神经系统疾病等)预防和治疗药物筛选的重要源泉。随着现代生物科技的发展,从海参体内提取的功能性海参肽(如血管紧张素转化酶抑制肽、抗氧化肽、抗疲劳肽、免疫调节肽、降血脂肽、降压肽、抗衰老肽、抗肿瘤肽等)被证实具备特殊的生物活性。同时,海参肽因其自身独特的生物学功能得到较为广泛的应用。以国内外相关报道为基础,主要介绍功能性海参肽的分离提纯工艺进展,并对海参肽的生物功能、结构特征、营养特性及生物活性研究进展进行综述,为海参肽进一步研究开发利用提供参考。 Sea cucumber is not only rich in protein,essential amino acid,various microelements,vitamins,etc.,but also contains many bioactive substances.It is an important source of drug screening for prevention and treatment of many major human diseases(such as tumors,cardio cerebral vascular disease,immune system diseases and Nervous system disease).With the development of modern biotechnology,functional sea cucumber peptides extracted from the body of sea cucumbers(such as angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitory peptides,antioxidant peptides,anti fatigue peptides,immune regulatory peptides,lipid-lowering peptides,antihypertensive peptides,anti-aging peptides,anti-tumor peptides,etc.)have been proven to have special biological activities.Meanwhile,sea cucumber peptides have been widely used due to their unique biological functions.Based on relevant reports at home and abroad,mainly introduce the progress in the separation and purifcation process of functional sea cucumber peptides,and summary the research progress in the biological function,structural characteristics,nutritional characteristics,and biological activity of sea cucumber peptides,to provide reference for further research,development,and to utilization of sea cucumber peptides.
