摘要
“食品分析”课程是食品科学专业的一门基础课程,该课程涉及物理、化学、仪器分析等多门课程,课程内容量大,检测技术不断更新,传统授课方式很难达到好的教学效果。文章通过介绍“食品分析”课程改革的必要性和主要措施等进而来提高“食品分析”课程的教学质量,达到专业培养目标的要求,为培养从事食品科学研究、食品安全检测等方面的优秀人才打下了基础。
“Food Analysis”course is a basic course of food science major.The course involves physics,chemistry,instrumental analysis and other courses.The course has a large capacity and the detection technology is constantly updated,so the traditional teaching method is difficult to achieve good teaching effect.By introducing the necessity and main measures of“Food Analysis”course reform,this paper aims to improve the teaching quality of“Food Analysis”course and to meet the requirements of professional training objectives,and to provide a foundation for cultivating outstanding talents engaged in food science research and food safety testing.
