摘要
在日渐突出的老龄化背景下,消费模式也在不断升级,客家长寿宴结合现代餐饮文化理念,以品客家美食,讲长寿故事为理念,结合现代健康化、营养化、精致化的饮食需求,从客情分析、设计思路、文化内涵、宴席的特色和营养分析等方面进行系统性阐述,以期为宴席的科学合理设计和实践提供理论支撑及参考。
With the aging increasingly prominent,the consumption mode is also constantly escalating.The Hakka Longevity Banquet combines the concept of modern catering culture concepts,with the concept of tasting Hakka cuisine and telling longevity stories,combining modern healthy,nutritious,and refned dietary needs,and systematically elaborates from the aspects of guest analysis,design ideas,cultural connotation,characteristics and nutritional analysis of banquets,in order to provide theoretical support and reference for the scientifc and reasonable design and practice of banquets.
