成年心脏移植受者术后生活体验质性研究的Meta整合

Meta intergration of qualitative research on life experience of adult heart transplant recipient

目的系统评价与整合成年心脏移植受者术后生活体验的质性研究,为制定临床干预方案提供循证依据。方法检索Embase、PubMed、Web of Science、ProQuest、Cochrane Library、CINAHL、EBSCO、中国知网、中国生物医学文献数据库、万方数据库中有关成年心脏移植受者术后生活体验相关的质性研究文献,检索时限为建库至2023年1月。根据澳大利亚JBI循证卫生保健中心质性研究的评价工具(2016版)进行文献质量评价,最后通过汇集性整合方法对文献结果进行整合。结果本研究共纳入18篇文献,最终提炼出30个结果,归纳形成12个类别,总结出日常生活的挑战、负性体验、正性体验、患者康复需求4个整合结果。结论家庭、医务人员和社会应充分关注成年心脏移植受者术后真实生活,给予支持和关爱,满足患者康复需求,提高心脏移植受者术后的生活质量。

Objective To systematically evaluate the life experience of adult heart transplant recipients,so as to provide evidence-based basis for making clinical intervention plans.Methods Articles on the life experience of adult heart transplant recipients were searched in Embase,PubMed,Web of Science,ProQuest,Cochrane Library,CINAHL,EBSCO,CNKI,CBM and Wanfang Data,with the time setting until January 2023.The quality of the literature was evaluated according to the evaluation tool for qualitative research of the Australian JBI evidence-based health care center(2016),then integrated by the aggregative integration method.Results A total of 18 articles were included,and 30 results were extracted and summarized into 12 categories of 4 results:challenges in daily life,negative experience,positive experience and needs for rehabilitation.Conclusion Family members,medical staff and society should pay full attention to the post-surgery life of adult heart transplant recipients,provide them with support and care,meet their needs of rehabilitation,so as to promote their life quality.
