慢性肾衰竭患者透析期间舒适度水平及其影响因素

Comfort level of patients with chronic renal failure during dialysis and its influencing factors

目的探讨慢性肾衰竭(chronic renal failure,CRF)患者透析期间舒适度水平及其相关影响因素。方法选取于笔者所在医院2020年5月—2023年3月接受透析治疗的160例CRF患者,采用一般资料调查表、Kolacba简化舒适状况量表(general comfort questionnaire,GCQ)、医院焦虑抑郁量表(hospital anxiety and depression scale,HADS)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(Pittsburgh sleep quality index,PSQI)、社会支持评定量表(social support rating scale,SSRS)对其进行调查。结果160例CRF患者GCQ得分为(65.28±6.84)分,多元线性回归分析显示,透析龄、并发症、心理状况、睡眠质量、社会支持是CRF患者透析期间舒适度水平的独立影响因素(R^(2)=0.613,ΔR^(2)=0.601,F=48.821,P<0.001)。结论CRF患者透析期间舒适度水平低下,受透析龄、并发症、心理状况、睡眠质量、社会支持因素的影响,可据此开展针对性护理,以提高患者舒适度水平。

Objective To explore the comfort level of patients with chronic renal failure(CRF)during dialysis and its influencing factors.Methods Totally 160 CRF patients who underwent dialysis treatment at the author′s hospital between May 2020 and March 2023 were selected,and surveyed using a self-made general information questionnaire,a hospital anxiety and depression scale(HADS),Kolabca simplified comfort questionnaire(GCQ),Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)and the social support rating scale(SSRS).Results The GCQ score of 160 CRF patients was 65.28±6.84,and multiple linear regression analysis showed that the years of receiving dialysis,complications,psychological status,sleep quality,and social support were its influencing factors(R^(2)=0.613,ΔR^(2)=0.601,F=48.821,P<0.001).Conclusion The comfort level of CRF patients during dialysis is low,which is influenced by factors such as dialysis age,complications,psychological status,sleep quality,and social support.Therefore,targeted nursing can be provided to improve their comfort.
