在中波发射台安全播出建设过程中,相关单位应建立起科学、完整、全面的管理控制体系,对中波发射台在运行期间的各类工况参数进行严格细致的分析评估,加强过程控制、细节控制,对设备运行工况参数以及运行条件进行科学高效的把控,完善管理规划、管理方案,提高控制水平。
