Exploring the Factors Affecting the Quality of Casting and Smelting Link and Improvement Measures

经济社会的发展为铸造行业带来了新的发展契机,在政策、技术等条件支持下,铸造行业呈现信息化、低碳化发展趋势,每年为国民经济创造了巨大的产值和效益。但铸造冶炼的流程复杂,存在诸多的质量影响因素,如缺乏对铸造冶炼全过程的管理,可能存在诸多的作业风险,不利于带动行业的稳步发展。基于此,重点分析铸造冶炼环节的质量影响因素,提出相应的改进措施,以期对实际工作具有指导与借鉴意义。

The economic and social development of the foundry industry has brought new development opportunities in the policy,technology and other conditions of the foundry industry showing the development trend of information technology,low-carbon,creating a huge annual output value and benefits for the national economy.However,the complex process of casting and smelting,there are many factors affecting the quality,such as the lack of management of the whole process of casting and smelting,there may be many operational risks,which is not conducive to the steady development of the industry.Based on this,this paper focuses on the analysis of the quality impact factors of the casting and smelting link,and proposes corresponding improvement measures,which have guidance and reference significance for the actual work.
