随着机电安装行业的快速发展,对工程施工质量的关注度越来越高,如何加强对工程施工过程中的质量监督也成为当前机电安装行业重点研究的内容。基于此,阐述机电安装工程施工质量监督的主要内容及重要性,对机电安装工程施工质量的事前、事中和事后监督进行详细描述,并用全面质量管理的观点,论述5M1E对机电安装工程质量的监督。

With the rapid development of mechanical and electrical installation industry,more and more attention is paid to the quality of engineering construction.How to strengthen the quality supervision of engineering construction has become a key research issue in the mechanical and electrical installation industry.This paper expounds the main content and importance of construction quality supervision of mechanical and electrical installation engineering.The supervision before,during and after the construction quality of mechanical and electrical installation project is described.From the viewpoint of total quality management,this paper discusses the quality supervision of mechanical and electrical installation engineering from 5M1E.
