政府专职消防员是国家综合性消防救援队伍专业化发展的重要组成及补充力量。“十四五”期间,政府专职消防队伍的发展建设问题是当前不可回避的一项重要课题。基于此,分析所属消防救援站专职消防员现状,结合不同岗位职责需求及日常工作经验,探讨政府专职消防队伍建设的几点认识。

Government full-time firefighters are an important component and supplementary force of the professional development of the national comprehensive fire rescue team.The development and construction of the government's fulltime firefighting force during the"14th Five-Year Plan"period is an unavoidable and important issue at present.This article analyzes the current situation of full-time firefighters at the fire rescue station they belong to,taking into account different job responsibilities and daily work experience,explore some understanding of the construction of government full-time fire brigade.
