近年来,社会经济飞速发展,我国已经迈入全新的经济发展阶段,各个行业也实现了飞速发展,军休干部服务保障工作正面临全新的转换阶段,且表现出突出的矛盾管理问题。基于此,简要分析军休干部的特殊性和服务保障工作的重要性,分析军休干部服务保障工作现存问题,并提出具体的军休干部服务保障工作内容,以增强离退休干部的归属感,推动我国社会的长期稳定发展。

In recent years,the rapid development of social economy,our country has entered a new stage of economic development,various industries have also achieved rapid development,military cadres service security work is facing a new transition stage,and has shown outstanding contradiction management problems.This paper will thoroughly implement the important national policy requirements,briefly analyze the particularity of retired cadres and the importance of service security work,analyze the existing problems of service security work for retired cadres,and propose specific service security work content for retired cadres,so as to enhance the sense of belonging of retired cadres and promote the long-term stable development of our society.
