浅析科技创新成果转化标准的措施与路径

Analysis of the Measures and Paths of Standards for Scientific and Technological Innovation Achievement Transformation

标准是科技成果有形化的重要载体,科技创新成果是产生标准的源泉。本文通过分析科技创新成果转化标准现状、企业专利情况及技术标准情况等,发现企业研发专利技术前的标准布局意识不够强、尚未将标准制订与技术研发进行战略性整合、缺乏规划和实施专利标准化工作的复合型人才等关键性问题,进而提出政策建议,以加快实施专利标准化策略,抢占新的国际竞争制高点。

Standards are an important carrier of scientific and technological achievements,and scientific and technological innovation achievements are the source of standards.By analyzing the standards for scientific and technological innovation achievement transformation,enterprise patents and technical standards,this paper finds that there are some key problems in manufacturing enterprises,such as lack of awareness of standards layout before R&D,lack of strategic integration between standards development and technical R&D,lack of compound talents in planning and implementing patent standardization,and then puts forward policy suggestions to speed up the implementation of patent standardization strategy and seize the new commanding heights of international competition.
