摘要
北京市地方标准DB11/T 1915-2021《专业应急救援队伍能力建设规范水域》已于2021年12月28日正式发布,用于指导水域专业应急救援队伍规范化、标准化、专业化建设。本文介绍了该标准的编制背景、主要内容和编制依据,并指出了标准实施建议,旨在使相关方更好地理解标准内容,推动标准的广泛应用。
The Beijing local standard DB11/T 1915-2021,Specification for capability construction of professional emergency rescue team—Water areas,was released on December 28,2021.This paper introduces the development background,main content and drafting basis of the standard,and proposes suggestions of the standard implementation,which aims to help the relevant parties better understand the content of the standard and promote the application of the standard.
