Using the combination of literature research and field research,this paper first analyzes the difficulties in the measurement and management of decoration projects.First,there is a lack of professional surveyors;second,the accuracy of measurement tools is inaccurate;third,the actual measurement method is wrong;and fourth,the supervision is insufficient.In order to solve these difficulties,this paper proposes standardization improvement strategies,including setting up a professional measurement team to ensure the professionalism of the work force,strengthening the management of measurement tools to ensure measurement accuracy,formulating a perfect supervision and management system to improve the reliability of measurement results.To sum up,there are some difficulties in the actual measurement and management of decoration projects,but through standardization improvement strategies,these problems can be effectively solved and the quality and efficiency of the project can be improved.
