关于电子式绝缘电阻表新检定规程的变化分析

Analysis on the Changes of New Verification Regulation of Electronic Insulation Resistance Meter

现行有效的检定规程为JJG 1005-2019《电子式绝缘电阻表》,于2020年3月31日施行替代旧规程JJG 1005-2005《电子式绝缘电阻表》,本文介绍了电子式绝缘电阻表新旧检定规程的变化,分析了新旧检定规程变化的原因及意义,结合实际操作经验,以期提示技术人员熟练掌握新旧规程的变化,避免新旧规程混淆。

This paper introduces the changes of the new and old verification regulations of electronic insulation resistance meter.The current valid verification regulation is JJG 1005-2019,Electronic insulation resistance meters,which has been implemented since March 31,2020 to replace the old regulation JJG 1005-2005.This paper analyzes the reasons and significance of the changes of the new and old verification regulations,and combines the practical operation experience,in order to inform the technical personnel to master the changes of the new and old regulations and avoid the confusion of the new and old regulations.
