电子血压计检定和使用过程中相关问题的探讨

Discussion on the Problems Related to the Verification and Use of Electronic Sphygmomanometer

近年来智能化精准化的医疗设备不断涌现,据统计现在有90%的医疗诊断结果来源于医疗设备的诊断数据,而电子血压计因其简单、快捷等优势被广泛应用于医疗行业。基于此,本文首先阐述电子血压计的工作原理,对电子血压计计量检定中的两个项目,静态压力检定和动态压力检定相关问题进行了分析和讨论,并指出两个项目检定的现状。最后,总结电子血压计在使用中准确性的影响因素。旨在为我国广大电子血压计检定工作人员及使用人员提供资料参考。

In recent years,intelligent and accurate medical equipment has emerged constantly.According to statistics,90%of medical diagnosis results now come from the diagnostic data of medical equipment,while electronic sphygmomanometer is widely used in the medical industry because of its simple,fast and other advantages.Based on this,this paper first describes the background and working principles of electronic sphygmomanometer,analyzes and discusses the two items in the metrological verification of electronic sphygmomanometer,static pressure verification and dynamic pressure verification,and points out the current situation of the verification of the two items.It finally summarizes the factors infl uencing the accuracy of electronic sphygmomanometers in use.The purpose is to provide reference for the verification staff and users of electronic sphygmomanometer in China.
