摘要
激光产品对人眼的危害等级主要取决于激光光源的物理参数、人眼组织的光谱吸收特性以及产品使用环境等因素。具体包括激光光源的工作波长、发光模式、发射功率或发射能量、光束发散角、对人眼的表观光源对向角以及发光持续时间等,同时又受到产品使用环境的影响,例如人眼观察距离、观察距离处的光斑大小及观察距离处所接收到的激光功率或能量的大小等。本文选取了市面上一款785 nm工作波长的医用内窥镜激光冷光源,然后按照标准里规定的扩展光源的评估方式,搭建出相应的光路,对医用内窥镜激光冷光源的表观光源对向角和可达发射值进行检测,从而实现对医用内窥镜激光冷光源的安全等级分类及危害评估。
The hazard level of laser products to human eyes mainly depends on the physical parameters of the laser light source,the spectral absorption characteristics of human eye tissue,and the environment in which the products are used.Specifically,it includes the working wavelength of laser light source,luminous mode,emission power or emitted energy,beam divergence angle,angular subtense of apparent source to human eyes and luminous duration,etc.,and at the same time the product use environment,such as the observation distance of human eyes,the size of the spot at the observation distance and the size of the laser power or energy received at the observation distance,etc.will cause different degrees of radiation hazards to human eyes.This paper selects a medical endoscopic laser cold light source with a working wavelength of 785 nm on the market,and then builds the corresponding optical path according to the evaluation method of the extended light source specified in the standard,and detects the opposite angle and achievable emission value of the medical endoscopic laser cold light source,so as to realize the safety classification and hazard assessment of the medical endoscope laser cold light source.
