运营隧道病害二衬拆换标准化施工技术研究

摘要 高速公路运营隧道二衬结构性能退化和病害将严重影响隧道运营及行车安全,而隧道二衬拆换是病害处治的重要技术手段,但目前尚未形成统一和标准化的施工技术。为了提高运营隧道二衬拆换及病害处治效率,依托重庆某运营特长隧道修复工程,总结分析了隧道腐蚀段机械化施工二衬拆换技术,并在实际工程中对二衬拆换技术进行了应用。结果表明:运营隧道二衬拆换施工单元可分为拆除作业面、初支处理及二衬防水作业面、二衬浇筑作业面。二衬拆除施工时应分奇偶段间隔拆除,当拆除段为8 m时,间隔跳槽可设置为4 m。本文所得结论可为类似运营隧道修复工程标准化施工提供参考。 The degradation and disease of the structural performance of the secondary lining of highway operating tunnels will seriously affect tunnel operation and driving safety.The dismantling and replacement of the secondary lining of tunnels is an important technical means for disease treatment,but currently there is no unified and standardized construction technology.In order to improve the efficiency of dismantling and replacing the second lining of operating tunnels and treating diseases,based on the repair project of a special long operating tunnel in Chongqing,the mechanized construction technology for dismantling and replacing the second lining of the corroded section of the tunnel is summarized and analyzed.The engineering practice of the technology is carried out through on-site tests.The results indicate that the construction unit for dismantling and replacing the second lining of the operating tunnel can be divided into chiseling operation surface,initial support treatment and waterproof operation surface of the second lining,and pouring operation surface of the second lining.During the construction of the second lining,it should be dismantled at odd and even intervals.When the chiseling section is 8 m,the interval slot can be set to 4 m.The conclusions drawn in this article can provide reference for standardized construction of similar operating tunnel repair projects.
