早期标准化治疗对脓毒症患者临床结局的影响研究

Effect of Early Standardized Treatment on Clinical Outcome of Patients with Sepsis

目的:探究早期标准化治疗对脓毒症患者临床结局的影响。方法:回顾性分析2019年—2022年常熟市第二人民医院85例脓毒症患者,2019年收录的21例患者接受普通治疗,2020年—2022年收录64例患者接受早期标准化治疗,评价疗效差异。结果:统计2019年—2022年不同时间段脓毒症患者的基线资料,患者的性别分布、平均年龄及APACHEⅡ评分参数均未见较大差异,P>0.05。相对于普通治疗,早期标准化治疗患者的ICU住院时间有显著缩短,ICU住院费用和28 d病死率呈显著降低,P<0.05。结论:给予脓毒症患者早期开展标准化治疗能有效缩短患者ICU住院时间,降低28 d病死率。

Objective:To explore the influence of early standardized treatment on the clinical outcome of sepsis patients.Methods:85 patients with sepsis in the hospital from 2019 to 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.In 2019,21 patients received general treatment,and in 2020-2022,64 patients received early standardized treatment,and the difference of curative effect was evaluated.Results:The baseline data of sepsis patients in different time periods from 2019 to 2022 were statistically analyzed.There were no significant differences in gender distribution,average age and APACHEⅡscore parameters,P>0.05.Compared with ordinary treatment,the ICU stay time of patients with early standardized treatment was significantly shortened,and the ICU hospitalization expenses and 28-day mortality rate were significantly reduced,P<0.05.Conclusion:Early standardized treatment for sepsis patients can effectively shorten the ICU stay and reduce the 28-day mortality.
