护理标准化诊断在胆囊结石术后患者中应用的疗效分析

Analysis of the Therapeutic Effect of Standardized Nursing Diagnosis in Postoperative Patients with Gallstones

目的:分析护理标准化诊断在胆囊结石术后患者中的应用效果。方法:研究对象为70例胆囊结石手术患者,入院后以电脑随机法分为观察组(n=35)、对照组(n=35)两组,对照组患者采用常规护理干预,观察组采用经护理标准化诊断后制定的针对性护理,研究起止时间为2021年6月—2022年6月。结果:干预前VAS评分差异不明显,对比无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后观察组干预有效率高于对照组,VAS评分对照组较高,术后患者生活质量观察组较高,观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,对比皆有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:实施护理标准化诊断对胆囊结石手术患者有十分重要的作用,可提高临床护理质量,提升患者生活质量,并可降低患者疼痛值。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of standardized nursing diagnosis in postoperative patients with gallstones.Methods:A total of 70 patients who underwent cholecystolithiasis surgery from June 2021 to June 2022 were randomly divided into an observation group(n=35)and a control group(n=35)after admission.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received standardized nursing.The effectiveness of the intervention was compared.Results:The intervention effectiveness rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the vas score after intervention of the observation group was lower than that of the control group.The postoperative patients’self-awareness of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of complications of the observation group was lower than that of the control group.The above indicators were statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference in VAS scores before intervention was not significant,and the comparison was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Implementing standardized nursing diagnosis for patients with gallstones after surgery plays an important role,which can improve clinical nursing quality,improve the life quality of patients,and reduce the patients’pain value.
