标准化针对性护理对肾结石钬激光碎石术围手术期护理满意度的影响效果观察

Effect of Standardized Targeted Nursing on Perioperative Nursing Satisfaction in Holmium Laser Lithotripsy of Kidney Stones

目的:探讨对肾结石钬激光碎石术患者围手术期实施标准化针对性护理的作用。方法:截取的研究时间为2021年1月—2022年10月,研究对象是90例需要行钬激光碎石术治疗的肾结石患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每个小组中各有45例肾结石钬激光碎石术患者,将标准化针对性护理纳入到观察组中,将常规护理纳入到对照组中,评价两个小组的护理效果。结果:护理干预后,观察组非常满意占比为62.22%、一般满意占比为33.33%、不满意占比为4.44%,总满意度为95.56%;与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组无泌尿系统感染患者,分别有1例发热和1例肾积水患者,并发症发生率为4.44%;与对照组比较,优势显著(P<0.05);观察组患者焦虑评分(32.26±5.12)、抑郁评分(33.89±5.22)比对照组更低,两组数据比较,有明显的差异性(P<0.05);观察组生活质量各个维度的得分很理想,与对照组相比较,各项评分更高,组间数据比较,有差异性(P<0.05)。结论:在肾结石钬激光碎石术患者围手术期实施标准化针对性护理措施,患者满意度更高,能够降低并发症发生可能性,在患者心理状况调节方面发挥了很大的作用,具有较好的临床推广性。

Objective:To investigate the effect of standardized targeted nursing for patients undergoing holmium laser lithotripsy of kidney stones during perioperative period.Methods:90 patients with kidney stones who required holmium laser lithotripsy treatment from January 2021 to October 2022 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 45 patients in each group.The observation group received standardized targeted care,and the control group received routine care.The nursing effect of the two groups was evaluated.Results:After nursing intervention,great satisfaction(62.22%),general satisfaction(33.33%),dissatisfaction(4.44%),and total satisfaction(95.56%)were showed in the observation group.Compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,there were no patients with urinary system infection,1 case of fever and 1 case of hydronephrosis,the complication rate was 4.44%.Compared with the control group,the advantage was significant(P<0.05).Anxiety scores(32.26±5.12)and depression scores(33.89±5.22)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The scores of the quality of life in the observation group were ideal,with higher scores compared with the control group,and the data between the groups were different(P<0.05).Conclusion:The standardized targeted nursing measures for patients with kidney stone have higher satisfaction,which can reduce the possibility of complications,play a great role in the adjustment of patients’psychological conditions,and have good clinical promotion.
