Research on Smart Medical Design for Rural Home-based Elderly based on Kano Model

文章基于Kano模型,以智慧医疗设计研究为基础,从农村居家老人需求角度出发,分析农村老人的健康需求特点,并运用Kano模型对需求进行分类和优先级排序,探究农村居家老人智慧医疗的设计需求与医疗产品之间的设计策略,并提供相应的解决方案,进而优化社区就医体系。为进一步改善其使用智慧医疗产品的体验和满意度,促进社区医疗服务的质量和效率提升。

Based on the Kano model and research on smart healthcare design,this article analyzes the health needs of rural elderly people from the perspective of their needs.The Kano model is used to classify and prioritize the needs,explore the design strategies between the design needs of smart healthcare for rural elderly people and medical products,and provide corresponding solutions to optimize the community healthcare system.To further improve their experience and satisfaction with using smart medical products,and promote the quality and efficiency of community medical services.
