民办高校艺术设计学科发展现状与提升策略研究

Research on the Development Status and Improvement Strategies of Art and Design Disciplines in Private Universities

随着现代社会经济的不断发展,传统教学方法与教学理念已经不能够满足人才培养需求,民办高校应当要结合自身的定位与属性,加强自身的教育改革与创新。当下,民办高校艺术设计学科发展依然面临一系列问题,具体表现为课程规划不科学、生源质量不高、师资力量薄弱以及理论教学与实践教学相分离等,为此采取有效的策略推动民办高校艺术设计学科发展十分必要,从而培养出更多高素质的综合型艺术人才。

With the continuous development of modern society and economy,the demand for talents in society is becoming increasingly high,and traditional teaching methods and concepts are no longer able to meet the needs of talent cultivation.Private universities should strengthen their educational reform and innovation based on their own positioning and attributes.At present,the development of art and design disciplines in private universities still faces a series of problems,specifically manifested as unscientific curriculum planning,low quality of student sources,weak faculty,and the separation of theoretical and practical teaching.Therefore,it is necessary to adopt effective strategies to promote the development of art and design disciplines in private universities,in order to cultivate more high-quality comprehensive art talents.
