我国农村社会保障体系建设研究综述

A Review of Research on the Construction of Rural Social Security System in China

农村社会保障体系建设能有效保障农民的基本生活,是深入贯彻以人民为中心的发展理念的重要举措。近年来我国学术界对农村社会保障体系建设的研究主要集中在内涵、主要内容、面临困境、实现路径等方面。但存在研究内容关注缺失,研究方式单一,重理论轻实践,重定性轻定量等问题。只有合理关注不同社会保障内容,创新研究方式,提高研究整体质量,加强实践研究,定性与定量研究相结合,多方法扩展研究视域,才能更有效推进农村社会保障体系的建设与发展。

The construction of rural social security system can effectively guarantee the basic life of farmers,and is an important measure to thoroughly implement the people-centered development idea.In recent years,academic research on the construction of rural social security system has mainly focused on the connotation,main content,difficulties faced,and implementation path.However,there are some problems,such as lack of attention in research content,single research method,emphasizing theory over practice,and emphasizing qualitative over quantitative.Only by paying reasonable attention to different social security contents,innovating research methods,improving the overall quality of research,strengthening practical research,combining qualitative and quantitative research,and expanding research horizons by multiple methods,can the construction and development of rural social security be more effectively promoted.
