公共图书馆助力乡村文化振兴的路径探索

公共图书馆是我国公共文化服务系统的重要组成部分,在功能、理念、宗旨等层面与乡村文化振兴存在高度的契合性,可以应对“文化冲突”“文化贫乏”“基建滞后”等文化发展困境,推进乡村文化振兴的发展进程。为发挥公共图书馆在乡村文化振兴中的关键作用,应明确公共图书馆与文化振兴的内在契合性及服务模式,针对公共图书馆存在的问题,从积极推进乡村文化振兴研究工作、提高图书馆信息化建设与服务水平、优化乡村阅读推广工作三个方面提出建议,以期完善公共文化服务体系,助力乡村文化振兴。

Public libraries are an important part of public cultural services in China.They have a high degree of consistency with the revitalization of rural culture in terms of function,concept,purpose,etc.They can deal with cultural development difficulties such as"Cultural conflict","cultural poverty",and"infrastructure lag",and promote the development process of rural cultural revitalization.In order to play a crucial role in rural cultural revitalization,it is necessary to clarify the inherent compatibility and service models between public libraries and cultural revitalization.In response to the problems existing in public libraries,practical suggestions are proposed from three aspects:actively promoting research on rural cultural revitalization,improving library information construction and service levels,and optimizing rural reading promotion work,in order to improve the public cultural service system,Promote the comprehensive,vigorous,and rapid development of rural cultural undertakings in China.
