摘要
随着COVID-19疫情的暴发,应急语言服务受到密切关注。文章首先阐述了研究背景,并对“公示语”及“应急语言服务”的概念进行了解析。然后通过问卷调查,对COVID-19疫情背景下加拿大城市公示语应急语言服务现状进行了分析,并随机抽取不同国籍的受访者,通过访谈了解受众对COVID-19疫情下加拿大城市公示语应急语言服务的认知与态度。最后,本文对于如何进一步规范我国应急语言服务提出了建设性意见。在应急语言服务,尤其是城市公示语的语言服务方面,我们应理性地学习他国经验,取长补短,规范公示语的语言标准,加强语言服务人才储备,建立应急语言服务机制,从而提升我国的应急语言服务质量与国际化水平。
With the outbreak of COVID-19,emergency language services have come under intense scrutiny.Firstly,the research background is described,and the concepts of“public sign”and“emergency language service”are analyzed.Then,a questionnaire survey was conducted to analyze the status quo of emergency language services for public signs in Canadian cities in the situation of COVID-19.By means of individual interviews,respondents of different nationalities were randomly selected to figure out the audience’s cognition and attitude towards emergency language services for public signs in Canadian cities under COVID-19.Eventually,this article puts forward the constructive suggestions on how to further regulate the emergency language service of our country.In the aspect of emergency language service,especially the language service of urban public signs,we should rationally learn from other countries and make up for our weakness,normalize the language standard of public signs,strengthen the reserve of language service talents,establish the mechanism of emergency language service,so as to improve the quality and internationalization of emergency language service in our country.
