The design of automatic monitoring system for audio and video signals of radio and television transmitting stations aims to monitor and analyze audio and video signals in real time to ensure their quality and stability.This paper analyzes the business requirements,user requirements and functional requirements in detail.Considering the functional requirements of the automatic monitoring system for audio and video signals,it is designed and implemented by four functional modules to meet the requirements of real-time signal acquisition,transcoding processing of system data information,system alarm prompt,system management and data query.The designed automatic signal monitoring system has the characteristics of friendly user interface,multi-technical support and multi-user login management,which provides an efficient and reliable signal monitoring solution for the radio and television industry.
