330 kV变电站配套盾构电缆隧道施工关键技术研究

摘要 本文依托的330 kV中心变电站配套电缆隧道(红庙坡路—二环北路西段)工程主要穿越细砂、中砂地层,对盾构机刀盘磨损较大,加上工期紧任务重、施做中间井征地困难,为了解决以上难题,根据以往相同地区刀盘设计形式进行优化改造,大大增强了刀盘的耐磨性能,不仅避免了旧盾构机的闲置和浪费,且提高了施工效率,节约了工程建设成本。在盾构施工过程中采取对临近地铁和房屋加固的措施,并采取了盾构机初始姿态测量、地表注浆加固、刀盘改造、盾构始发以及盾构接收等关键施工技术,有效降低了安全风险,保证了330 kV变电站配套盾构电缆隧道的顺利进行,获得了业主的认可和好评。本文研究内容可为以后类似工程的施工提供借鉴作用。 The 330 kV central substation supporting cable tunnel(Hongmiaopo Road-West Section of Second Ring North Road)project relied on in this paper mainly passes through fine and medium sand formations,causing significant wear and tear on the shield machine cutterhead.In addition,the tight construction period and heavy tasks make it difficult to acquire land for the construction of intermediate wells.In order to solve the above difficulties,optimization and transformation are carried out based on the previous cutterhead design form in the same area,greatly enhancing the wear resistance of the cutterhead,Not only does it avoid the idle and waste of old shield tunneling machines,but also improves construction efficiency and saves engineering construction costs.During the shield construction process,measures are taken to reinforce adjacent subways and buildings,and key construction technologies such as measurement of initial attitude of shield tunneling machines,surface grouting reinforcement,cutterhead transformation,shield starting and shield receiving are adopted,effectively reducing safety risks and ensuring the smooth progress of the 330 kV substation supporting shield cable tunnel,which is recognized and praised by the owner.The research content of this paper can provide reference for the construction of similar projects in the future.
