基于BIM的多专业协同设计研究

摘要 文章分析了BIM在建设项目各阶段的价值,致力于研究设计阶段采用BIM正向设计的必要性,以打破BIM在项目各阶段流通的的壁垒。分析项目结合业主要求以确定模型交付标准,结合企业运行机制以建立项目级别的分阶段的模型精度,建议采用工作集的方式,划定协同专业指令等级,从方案设计(模拟分析从而使得方案设计对标绿色建筑标准)、机电管线综合排布、模型检查调整等方面谨慎推进,向建设单位交付全专业(建筑、结构、机电安装)的“零碰撞”模型,尽可能达到施工精度的模型交付,从而消除施工图纸的“错、漏、碰、缺”问题。 This paper analyzes the value of BIM in each stage of the construction project,and strives to study the necessity of adopting BIM forward design in the design stage to break the barriers of BIM in each stage of the project.project is analyzed in combining with the owner requirements to determine model delivery standard,in combining with the enterprise operation mechanism to establish the project level,phased model accuracy,to suggest the method of work set,to designate collaborative professional instruction levels,from the scheme design(simulation analysis,so as to make the scheme design for the green building standards),electromechanical pipeline comprehensive arrangement,model check adjustment,delivery all professional(construction,structure,mechanical and electrical installation)"zero collision"model to the construction unit,as far as possible to achieve the construction accuracy of model delivery,so as to eliminate the of"wrong,leakage,touch,lack"problems of construction drawings.
