白城地区羽衣甘蓝的引种研究

Study On the Introduction of Brassica oleracea in Baicheng Area

以引进的13份羽衣甘蓝品种资源为试验对象,筛选食用型与观赏型的羽衣甘蓝优质品种。试验结果显示:最佳食用型羽衣甘蓝品种为斯宝,单产量为62638.67 kg/hm^(2),叶片嫩绿且烹饪后口感香脆;观赏型品种为双色鹤,花头明显,颜色艳丽,耐寒性强,花期持续时间长,是观赏性极佳的品种。

In this paper,13 varieties of Brassica oleracea were selected as experimental subjects,and the high-quality varieties of edible and ornamental Brassica oleracea were selected.The results showed that the best edible variety was Sibao,the yield was 62638.67 kg/hm^(2),the leaves were bright green and the taste was crisp after cooking.Ornamental species was Shuangsehe,has bright color,strong cold resistance,long duration of flowering,is an excellent ornamental variety.
