Research on Cultivation Mode of Seed Industry Talents under the Background of New Agricultural Science Construction

种子是粮食安全的关键,种业科技的自立自强主要靠人才,新农科建设为种业专业人才培养指明了改革方向。针对传统种业人才培养模式存在的问题,从改革课程体系以强化学生综合素质、优化教学理念以厚植学生三农情怀、深化实践锻炼以提升学生创新能力等方面,探讨了新农科建设背景下种业人才培养模式。

Seed is the key to food security.The self-reliance and self-improvement of seed industry technology mainly depend on talents.The construction of new agricultural science has pointed out the reform direction for the cultivation of professional talents in seed industry.In view of the problems existing in the traditional cultivation mode of seed industry talents,the cultivation mode of seed industry talents under the background of new agricultural construction was discussed from the aspects of reforming the curriculum system to strengthen the comprehensive quality of students,optimizing the teaching concept to cultivate students'feelings about agriculture,agriculture,and deepening practical exercise to enhance students'innovative ability.
